Primelis stands out for its 360° Managed Services model, focused on ROI. Its marketing-oriented approach delivers high-performance digital strategies, combining organic performance and paid acquisition, enhanced by proprietary tech tools and deep data expertise.

In this transaction, DUMON PARTNERS (Bastien Moraga, Partner; Sabrina Abou Ghalyoun, Counsel) acted as legal counsel to the founders and management of Primelis.
