Dumon Partners assists ACI Groupe in acquisition of JTEKT’s hydroelectric pumps activity
Dumon Partners assisted the company ACI Groupe in the acquisition of the “Hydroelectric Pumps” activity of the Japanese equipment manufacturer JTEKT, a member of the Toyota Group. Through this operation, ACI Groupe takes over the production center located in Blois and the technical center in Chennevières sur Marne, through a new entity called Enerflux.
In this operation, Dumon Partners acted as advisor to ACI Groupe on both the corporate (Bastien Moraga, partner) and tax (Vincent Michel, partner) aspects.
