Overview

Antoine is a graduate of University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master's degree in Financial Law and Master’s Degree in Civil Law).

He previously worked for five years as a lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions in a French law firm based in Paris (Hoche Avocats), where he advised entrepreneurs and investment funds on mergers and acquisitions and LBOs, as well as listed companies.

Antoine is a Member of the Paris Bar registered with the Law Society of Hong Kong.
