Ismail is an associate in the Corporate M&A team.

He advises clients on private equity and M&A transactions, with a focus on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Before joining Dumon Partners in 2025, Ismail trained with several international and French law firms, as well as with an investment fund, where he gained experience in cross-border transactions and complex structuring.

He also advises on corporate matters involving Africa, particularly Morocco and the Gulf region.

Ismail holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Montpellier Law School and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.

He is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
