With over 20 years of experience acquired within leading international law firms and multinational groups, Ludovic advises executives, investors and international groups on their strategic, operational and transactional legal matters, notably in his capacity as a strategic legal adviser and externalised General Counsel.
Ludovic primarily focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as on complex matters relating to strategic partnerships, structuring, commercial contracts and governance. He supports clients through growth, transformation and reorganisation projects, adopting a pragmatic, tailored and highly business-driven approach.
Active at both regional and international levels, particularly across the United Arab Emirates, Africa and Asia, Ludovic plays a central role in the execution of cross-border transactions and in the ongoing legal support of groups operating in multi-jurisdictional and highly regulated environments. He is recognised for his ability to engage with clients over the long term, developing an in-depth understanding of their businesses, operational constraints and commercial objectives.
Drawing on his extensive experience as a General Counsel in an international setting, Ludovic is a trusted adviser, capable of anticipating risks, securing strategic decision-making and actively contributing to value creation for his clients.
He began his legal career in 2005 at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Paris, before joining Pernod Ricard, where he served as Legal Director and Head of Compliance for Asia, overseeing legal operations across more than fifteen countries.
Ludovic is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. He is also an adjunct lecturer in business law in Dubai at a leading international business school. Fluent in both French and English, he operates seamlessly in multicultural and multi-jurisdictional environments.
